Refund Policy

Community Notary SD values your time and appreciates the same in return.

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.

No-Shows / Unsuccessful Appointments: If the signer is unavailable, unprepared, or unable to complete the notarization at the scheduled time—including due to facility restrictions, inmate availability, or lack of proper identification—the appointment will be considered a no-show.

Travel & Service Fees: Once the notary has arrived at the scheduled location, all travel and service fees are non-refundable.

Errors: If an error is made on the notary’s part, it will be corrected promptly at no additional cost.
